A modest, kind man man with a remarkable talent. One of the few artists who’s voice has made the hairs stand on the back of my neck. He is missed x

I feel blessed to have know David for as long as I did and to have been included in his circle of close friends. He was an inspiration and a joy to the ears of those who heard him and those who aspired to write and perform music. He brought ALL of himself to everything he was involved in, enhancing and making it so much more. There will never be another like him. He was a one off. The void he leaves behind is huge, but the love he leaves and the love he takes with him, is immeasurable. My sorrow is only that he himself never really knew how much he meant to everyone, and just how important he was. How much he contributed to all our lives, and the difference he made, and is still making, even in his physical absence. He will never be forgotten. As a friend, he was my “go to” person and someone who was always there. I have laughed and cried with this man and he will always have a special place in my heart for all eternity. Let his voice be heard throughout the universe, in the melody of the birds, in the whisper of the wind, in sound of swaying trees, the babbling of the brook, and the echo of the earth but most of all in the music he left behind for us all.

Well, this is tough for all of us, but mostly for Yvonne and the children.
David was a special and caring spirit, and I believe as that he hang left any one of us alone.
He was generous, loyal and kind beyond words and thoughts and his legacy is not only in his fabulous music, but in his impact on all of us.
Some people come and touch your heart and your soul and when you were with them they lifted everything up to a high point. In death as we. Remember David he still lifts our spirits high and we smile! That must be the greatest gift.
RIP David Saylor , Will Downing to his friends!!
Thank for all the happy memories
You are truly missed and sending so much live to all your family and your friends.
    Love from Bev xxxx

Just wanted to say thanks to David for asking me to sing with him last year on his album. We weren’t close friends, but we kept in touch, and I am so glad that we did find each other again after a few years of absence from Facebook. David impressed me a lot when I first met him in 1992/3, as a singer, obviously, but as a person, as a man. My every meeting with him confirmed the generosity of his spirit, and this is SO rare these days.
I just had the most huge amount of respect and love for him as a person and as an artiste, and I feel his loss SO much, even though we weren’t incredibly close. I guess David was just that kind of person.
Rest in Peace, my friend, and love and condolences to his family. I want to say so much more, but don’t have the words x

David Antonio, you will forever be missed by those who loved you and all who knew you. I am thankful we were able to chat and share on FB . Although I was never able to travel across the pond to enjoy any of your performances, your music will be a treasure . My heart along with many others was broken to hear of your death. What helps me is knowing how you loved your family, friends , your craft in music and all those your life touched. You were a loving husband, loving father and grandfather and kind man to everyone. When we last spoke, I ask God’s blessings on you and your family and that your last venue to be successful. Little did I know the future and God’s will . May you rest eternally in Christ and your loving kindness remain with us who are left behind.
