The Death Cafe returns to The Coffin Works on 29th March following positive feedback for the Cafe in January. The Death Cafe runs from 1.00 – 3.00pm.
The Coffin Works is Birmingham’s newest heritage attraction. Opened in October 2014, the restored Newman Brothers factory is a former coffin furniture manufactory giving us a taste of industrial life in Birmingham. The coffin fittings collection is both extensive and unique, contributing to our understanding of the changing attitudes to death and indeed life over a hundred-year period.
It’s a match made in heaven!
