Our sympathy and love go out to Jayne’s children, family and friends at their loss of a vibrant and loving person, never to be forgotten. Many happy memories and much love from the Shields Family
Please accept our condolences, Jayne’s family and the Mahabir siblings as well. I recall her very shy as a child and being quite contrary to that when she grew up. She was very colorful and an outstanding member of a very large extended family. So let her now remain at peace.
Jayne was a fun and free spirited person. I always enjoyed being around her, rest in peace dear cousin.
I’m so sad to learn of the tragic passing of Jayne (Kami)
She was such a dynamic, loving and interesting person, and I always enjoyed spending time with her and her family.
I first met Jayne and her parents in when she was at school in Nigeria, in about 1976. Since then I have spent many happy times with her and her family, and I have such fond memories.
Jayne will be greatly missed, and my thoughts are with all the family at this difficult time.
Lots of love, Suexx
I fondly remember how you invited me to call you “Verona,” a gesture that made me feel welcomed. I regret that our in-person meeting didn’t reflect the bond we had developed.
Your sudden departure has left me reflecting on the fragility of life and the importance of reconciliation. I wish we had another day to bridge the gap between us, to understand each other better, and to mend any misunderstandings. Now that you’re gone, I hope you rest peacefully.
May your memory be a blessing to all who knew and loved you.
With heartfelt condolences, Xoli Mathiso
Rest In Peace my cousin. It was a shock to hear of your passing but you are now reunited with your Mom, Dad and the rest of the family that has gone before you. I would always remember the way you treated us when we went to England for Uncle Wil’s funereal. You are a very caring and loving person. The first time I met you was in Guyana in the mid 1970 and we had so much fun as children playing and visiting places. I know this is a very difficult time for the family but I hope God gives you the strength to carry on. Our taught and prayers are with you.
Heartfelt condolences for the untimely loss of Kami, to my dear friend Vishuar, to Roger and all the family and friends who knew and loved her.
I met Kami a few times over the years at Vish’s parties and I enjoyed talking with her, she always made me laugh with her wit, funny comments and boldness.
With much love
Stefania
