Arrangements for the funeral of John Roberts

Family and friends are gathering at Robin Hood crematorium to acknowledge John’s passing and to celebrate his life.
John’s family are aware that sadly, due to the current coronavirus pandemic, some people may not feel comfortable attending the service. They are therefore providing for a webcast to enable you to join from your own home if you prefer.
To access the webcast follow the link to the Obitus website and input the username and password details below.

You can login to the Obitus website at any time to view a test connection (and we strongly recommend you do this) but you’ll only be able to view the Live Webcast between approx. 1pm and 2pm on Monday 25th October.
If you wish to watch the ceremony after this time it will be available again for 28 days within 3 working days of 25th October.
Flowers / Donations
John’s family have asked for no flowers to be sent for the funeral.
However, if you wish to do something in his memory, donations will be collected on the day of the funeral for the Resuscitation Ward at Worcester Hospital. If you wish to leave a cheque please make it payable to “Carole Roberts”

Black is not obligatory – please wear whatever makes you feel comfortable.

To my Darling John. You are no longer now in pain and I am so thankful for that but I’d rather that you were still here with me. I was so very fortunate to have met John & Carole many years ago in Lanzarote… Each time they visited the Island they would pop along to visit me… I have many fond & happy memories of them both in their favourite place..
I feel so very privileged to have known John, who was such a lovely man and had the most wonderful smile..
