Thank you for letting me know. Dear old stu. I will be there. How he will be missed for his enormous heart and sense of fun. Lots and lots of love to all of you. So soon and so unfair. Judy xxx
As an Old Wulfrunians hockey club life member I certainly can remember Stuart’s contribution to the club. We were expanding as a club and getting more and more members due to our sociability due in no little but to Stuart’s infective giggles
He is remembered for some interesting garb that he wore in atrocious weather at Castlecroft and for his enthusiasm on the pitch and at Scarborough hockey festival…
Glyn Thomas (Unfortunately at a pre-arranged dinner but a drink will be taken in his memory)
sadly we had lost touch with stuart over recent years but remember our happy days playing hockey together both in shrewsbury & Wolverhampton.
Chhristine & I send our condolences to the family and are sorry we cannot attend the funeral as she is having chemotherapy all that day.
Sonia, we hope to be in touch in the new year. best wishes to the family.

We will be thinking of you on 21st. We only met Stuart a handful of times but he always greeted us like old friends and was warm and funny and just delightful. We know that there will be laughter as well tears next week as lots of stories and memories are shared xx
Hello Sue. thank you for letting me know. I will not be able to attend Stu’s funeral.
I have not had the best of health the last three years, am still having a hard time with the after affects of radio therapy and hormone treatment. and labyrinthitis earlier this year, which means my balance is all over the place and i am constantly exhausted so am unable to travel.
Stu was a good friend and we had many laughs together.
love to you and sonia,
Clive
